In order to purchase some items from our range (e.g. airsoft guns over 0.5 joules, pyrotechnics, etc.), the buyer must be of legal age (18 years old). We therefore need proof of your age from you. The name of the customer and the owner of the proof of age must be identical. If the order is to be sent to a different shipping address, we also need proof of age from the recipient on site. The driver’s license is not an official identification document and is therefore not accepted as proof of age!
To prove your age, you have the following options:
In our checkout process you have the option to upload pictures of your ID document. If you then fill out the fields as described in the image on the left, nothing stands in the way of a quick processing of your order and the dispatch of your goods.
Alternatively, you have the option of sending us your documents with a separate signature.
We need a separately signed copy of your ID (front and back). You can send us the copy by post, fax or e-mail.
If you want to send your proof by fax, please set your device to photo, fine or at least extra light transmission. To be on the safe side, please also include your details (name, telephone number, order number) on the fax. This is necessary in order to be able to consult if a fax is difficult to read.
