INFORMATION ON REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE COSTS

The total cost of a repair always depends on the scope and the required spare parts. For the preparation of the cost estimate and the examination of your weapon, we charge a flat rate of 35 to 50 euros, depending on which one you own.

The flat-rate costs will be charged in any case, even if no repair order is placed with us after the inspection, eg for cost reasons. When the repair order is placed, however, we will offset the flat rate against the later total price.

The exact prices for the desired weapon model can be found in the Techservice category in the article overview. The hourly work of the technician is charged at 35 euros. The first hour is charged in full, after that we bill in 15-minute increments.

If spare and wearing parts are required for the repair, these will be charged additionally. Depending on the difficulty of the work to be carried out, the availability of the required spare parts and the current order situation, the repair time is around 5-10 working days.

Costs for spare and wear parts
Individually per order and requirement. Individual O-rings and lubricants are already included in the maintenance fee.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are always to be borne by the customer. (return shipping). We do not cover any shipping costs for repair services.

Duration of the repair
We will overhaul your airsoft gun as soon as possible. However, we may have other weapons with us for maintenance. We process all orders in chronological order and try to take no more than approx. 5 – 10 working days. Depending on the model and the difficulty of the repair, this period may vary. The technician will contact you after receiving your weapon. This is done by phone or email. Please fill out the tech form completely.

NO PROCESSING POSSIBLE WITHOUT ORDER FORM

1. To have your airsoft gun repaired by us, please go to the Techservice area in the shop and select the appropriate service (repair / service check) for the corresponding model as an item. You can easily buy the desired service via the shop like a normal article. The price includes the error analysis and the preparation of the cost estimate for the repair of your marker.
2. NO PROCESSING POSSIBLE WITHOUT ORDER FORM – Please fill out the repair/maintenance form below and enclose it with the weapon you send us for repair. All the important information we need for a quick repair is recorded there. Please understand that we can only accept and process orders with a fully completed and signed form. If the form is not filled out accordingly and our technicians are missing important information, there may be delays.
3. Upon receipt of your weapon, a technician from our team will immediately begin testing and troubleshooting. He will then get in touch with you and tell you where the problem lies, how long a repair will take and how expensive the repair, including all parts, working hours, etc., will be. At this point, please understand that we can never say with 100% certainty in advance how expensive a repair will be, it may be that one error is successfully corrected and another appears, so the information is a rough guideline. However, should the repair costs increase for any reason during the work, our technician will of course contact you again to clarify this before further costs are incurred for you.
4. After talking to our technician, you decide whether the repairs should be carried out or not. The price of the cost estimate will be offset against the final price when the order is placed.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR REPAIR SERVICE

1. The payment methods available to you for repair orders are payment in advance, Paypal and cash on delivery.
2. For every repair that is carried out by us, you will receive a 2-week guarantee on our repair service.
3. The cost of shipping the items to be repaired to and from the site must be borne by the customer in any case.
4. Please only transfer the money after the repair has been completed, when you have received the total invoice from us.
