We offer a comprehensive coaching and consulting program for all those who do not yet have their own airsoft field and want to deal with it as part of a team, club or commercial independence. We offer two full-day workshops/seminars in which you will learn all the basics about “ building your own airsoft field” mediated. There is a beginner’s course for everyone who is new to the subject and either wants to find out more and familiarize themselves with the subject, and a day course for advanced learners. This course is aimed at anyone who already operates an airsoft field but would like to develop further. For this purpose, we develop concepts together with you that are specially designed for your system and your personal wishes. It doesn’t matter whether you want more customers, whether you want your system to grow, whether you want to integrate other areas such as paintball or laser tag into your airsoft system, we will support you along the way.
Airsoft sport is currently in a state of upheaval and is on the way towards professionalizing the sport. This mainly affects the playing fields. There are currently only a handful of pitches in Germany that can be considered truly professional. This refers to the characteristics of a modern leisure facility such as on-site infrastructure (parking lots, toilets, changing rooms, common areas, etc.), but also marketing in the form of advertising measures, external presentation and customer acquisition. The sport will definitely undergo a change in the next 10 years and will become more professional, especially in the field of playing fields. The seminar for beginners takes place on Saturdays, the seminar for advanced learners on the Sunday after. This means that anyone who is interested in the complete seminar content can also complete both seminars directly on one weekend and then get off to a flying start.
Our one-day seminar “ Airsoft Field Foundation ” lasts 9 hours (including breaks) and costs EUR 749 (net). It takes place in groups of up to 12 participants. There is also a lively exchange among the participants in the form of discussion rounds and an active exchange of opinions among the participants. Each paintball facility is unique in itself, because each operator pursues a different concept, a different design or has a different area available. Nevertheless, the business basics and also the customer group are identical. Therefore, this internal exchange is another positive aspect.
The seminar for advanced users “ Successfully operate airsoft systems“ lasts 9 hours (including breaks) and costs 1499 euros (net). The seminar will be held in smaller groups of up to 6 participants. This smaller number of participants is important because we want to consciously address the current problems and ideas of the individual seminar participants. We want them to leave this seminar with real added value, fresh ideas and renewed motivation. This requires appropriate personal support for your project. For this we take a total of 8 hours with you and the other seminar participants and work with you on the above-mentioned topics such as targeted marketing, customer acquisition, human resources management, improvement in profitability, improvement and expansion options for your plant or your business area, additional sources of income,
Our coaching seminars take place twice a year. The seminar for beginners always takes place on Saturday and the seminar for advanced learners on Sunday. If you want to attend both seminars, you can do so on one weekend. The principle applies to us that we generally use the full time together with all participants. To explain this in detail, it would be the case, for example, that if we only had one participant in a seminar, we would still go through all the content together and then go into all the questions and aspects of the individual participant in a very specific and targeted manner. Practically like a solo consultation. On the other hand, if a seminar is fully booked, for example, there is a little less time for individual discussions, but you get much more impressions and ideas from the other seminar participants. This is also a factor that should not be underestimated, because the joint exchange is an important and sustainable source of information. We also learn something new at every seminar, are shown new ideas, concepts and solutions by our participants and are thus constantly developing further.
