The GOS v3 shoulder rest cover from G&G is made of stable polymer composite plastic. As with many other shafts from the aftermarket, the outer shape of the G&G is based on the standard M4 crane stock.

When adjusting the length, G&G clearly copied the well-known MOE shafts. Therefore, there is also a locking fixation so that the shaft cannot simply be adjusted. The lower cross member serves as a battery compartment. There is also an opening for QD strap mounts on both sides.

The attached rubber butt plate ensures that the rifle is held comfortably and securely in position. This sits on a swivel joint and can therefore be turned to the side. This means that the battery can be changed quickly and without tools. The side compartments can also be used as battery compartments and offer space for 9.6V NiMH Double-Stick to 11.1V LiPo Triple-Stick batteries
