This model is the RX clip adapter for the SwissEye glasses models BLACKHAWK, DEFENSE, NIGHTHAWK and RAPTOR .

The prescription lenses are not included in the scope of delivery and must be purchased separately in an optics shop. But you can have them made by almost any optician.
