APS Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 2001 and specializes in the development and manufacture of airsoft guns and accessories. Rifles from the PER - Phantom Extremis Rifle series from APS Airsoft are currently the high-end airsoft rifles from the well-known manufacturer. All rifles from this series are of course equipped with a full metal housing to ensure a very high level of robustness in use. The optics of the rifles are based on various sharp M4 and AR15 rifles. However, APS goes one step further and has modernized the design for the PER series. In addition to improving general ergonomics, the development of the PER series also placed great emphasis on modularity and appearance. All points were implemented very well by APS, which is why the PER series clearly plays in the high-end airsoft segment. Additionally, this variant is equipped with the new eSilver Edge Gearbox from APS. In addition to many reinforced parts, this gearbox is equipped with an SDU V2.0 microchip with MosFet (similar to G&G ETU series). The two components control the electric trigger and stop the power supply in the event of problems to prevent damage to the electronics. The semi-automatic firing drive with the components installed ex works achieves a firing power of up to 1.3 joules.
