Some time ago, the ASG CZ Scorpion EVO 3 A1 was the first airsoft gun that was completely developed and manufactured in Europe. Great importance was placed on the correct appearance, an authentic sound and the right feeling. Of course, in addition to the appearance, functionality also played a crucial role. The ASG CZ Scorpion EVO 3 A1 is therefore an airsoft rifle that is easy to use, maintain and upgrade. Through the cooperation of Action Sport Games and Ceská zbrojovka (CZ), it can be said in summary that this airsoft replica is in no way inferior to the original and that all details are available.
The gearbox for this S-AEG was completely developed by ASG in-house. It is a completely new housing development, but many internals are compatible with the standard V2 / V3 gearboxes. The housing is reinforced in many places and made of stable aluminum using the CNC process. All components installed as standard have been tuned in such a way that the gearbox can also cope with an M130 tuning spring without any problems. This is particularly interesting due to the spring quick-change mechanism. In this way, the spring can be exchanged in less than a minute. The highlight of the EVO 3, however, is the built-in ECU switching unit. The battery voltage is thus transferred directly to the motor without a manual switch. The EVO 3 also has no cut-off lever, as everything is efficiently controlled by the ECU. Further advantages of the electronic control unit are the monitoring of the battery voltage, which is important for LiPo batteries, an extra short trigger travel and the prevention of the dreaded gear jam. An ASG Ultimate Basic motor was installed as the motor, which ensures reliable winding of the spring. Like a real gun, the EVO 3 will stop firing when its magazine is empty and will require the slide catch to be activated after inserting a reloaded magazine.
Like the other models, the ASG version comes with a folding stock, a Picatinny rail and an adjustable hop-up unit. In the carbine version we also find 3 M-Lok ports at the 3 and 6 o'clock positions and 6 M-Lok ports at the 9 o'clock position. We also have a very long barrel, which makes the weapon more attractive, especially in large fields.
