The main reason for using a LiPo battery is its smaller size and better energy efficiency. Most LiPo batteries are roughly the same size as a mini battery and have the same performance as a large NiMH battery.

Unlike conventional batteries, Li-Po batteries offer a stable firing rate throughout their use. Furthermore, Li-Po batteries do not need to be discharged before charging, allowing them to be recharged between games.
