The practical set from APS combines the polyacetal high pressure piston with 14 steel teeth and the aluminum piston head with ball bearings into a ready-to-install tuning part.
The High Pressure Piston is manufactured by APS from very robust polyacetal composite plastic material. Thanks to the material used, the piston is light and stable at the same time. What is particularly interesting is the complete row of steel teeth with 14 steel teeth. According to the manufacturer, up to M150 spring strengths can be used with the piston.
The design is equipped with 6 air supply holes on the front. The air flow created during the firing process presses the internal O-ring firmly against the cylinder through the holes. This feature ensures a reliable and high seal, meaning very little to no air escapes. The compressed air is then transferred directly to the inner barrel via the cylinder head and the nozzle. There is a ball bearing on the back that prevents the spring from being misjudged or jammed when firing at a faster rate.
